Amazing hotel with excellent wi-fi, a cozy restaurant, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with printing on my first stay. I'm excited to come back for Christmas!

the hotel is located quite close to the major tourist sites, esp syntagma.
but i found the staff to be quite rude and not very helpful. i needed help planning a few day trips out of athens and the staff did not seem to have a clue. either that or they just passed me off to someone else. its a good location and the hotel is quite comfortable but if u need help, dont expect to get it from the hotel staff. having to pay for internet is ridiculous too.

It is a very good hotel with helpful staff, good service, diversified breakfast buffet, clean and spacious rooms with modern facilities, and excellent location.
The hotel does not have any pool, spa, and exercise facilities for those who are care about these facilities. The Hotel does not offer any parking facility of its own. there are, however, other parkings close by with reasonable prices.

Came here for 5 days, the hotel was extremely convenient, it had handy location close enough to Syntagma Square and Metro, sightseeing and acropolis, monostiraki. We met incredibly helpful staff at this venue. We had the superior room which was nicely furnished and high standard with a balcony. Our experience here was enjoyable.

The location is perfect, just 30 seconds from syntagma square. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the staff were cute-special shoutout to julia at the front desk for her amazing service. Don't miss the rooftop for fine views of the lit-up city!

The hotel was luxury, spotless offered free breakfasts and had a handy location near bus station. A superior queen room with a panoramic view at the park, I had requested this in advance. The bed was comfortable, bathtubs worked well...

the staff throughout could not have been nicer and more helpful. it is the second time I stayed at the hotel, my daughter initially stayed there and recommended it. it will be our preferred hotel in Athens, good value for money, centrally located and staff that cares.
